Traceability of the Ethnic Component as a link of Colombian Higher Education: Edges of Compliance with SDG 4
Abstract
The purpose of this research was to establish the Traceability of the ethnic component as a link in Colombian higher education. After conducting a literature review with high-impact authors, finding references and decrees that managed ethnic learning from the edge of inclusion and meaningful learning with quality, establishing public policies aimed at strengthening higher education institutions in times of pandemic. Finally, it could be inferred that the State, making a hilarity with the ONU, implement strategies to provide training, adopting resilient teachers and students, technologies as a vital tool to develop their activities.
