Modelo estratégico para la integración de la simulación clínica virtual basada en inteligencia artificial en la formación en enfermería
Resumen
La transformación digital exige modelos estratégicos para integrar simulación clínica virtual con inteligencia artificial en enfermería, garantizando alineación curricular, evaluación del razonamiento clínico y gobernanza institucional sostenible. El objetivo de este estudio fue proponer un modelo estratégico orientado a la adopción de la simulación clínica virtual basada en inteligencia artificial en programas de formación en enfermería. Se realizó una revisión de alcance PRISMA-ScR, identificando componentes estratégicos, curriculares, tecnológicos y éticos en 14 estudios para fundamentar analíticamente un modelo de gestión curricular institucional. La evidencia mostró beneficios formativos de simulación con inteligencia artificial, pero heterogeneidad en integración, evaluación y gobernanza, justificando un modelo estructurado con dimensiones curriculares, evaluativas, tecnológicas y regulatorias interrelacionadas. Se concluye que la adopción sostenible de simulación clínica virtual con inteligencia artificial requiere alineación curricular, estandarización evaluativa y gobernanza ética, consolidando decisiones estratégicas institucionales orientadas al desarrollo evaluable del razonamiento clínico.
