Inteligencia emocional y social en la intención emprendedora: rol mediador de las competencias emprendedoras

Abstract

La presente investigación busca analizar la influencia de la inteligencia emocional y la inteligencia social en la intención emprendedora, considerando el rol mediador de las competencias emprendedoras en estudiantes universitarios de una escuela de negocios. Los datos fueron recolectados a partir de una muestra de 159 estudiantes universitarios. Los resultados evidencian que la inteligencia emocional y la inteligencia social influyen de manera positiva y significativa en el desarrollo de las competencias emprendedoras, las cuales ejercen un efecto directo y relevante sobre la intención emprendedora. Asimismo, se confirma el rol mediador de las competencias emprendedoras en la relación entre las capacidades socioemocionales y la intención de emprender. Estos hallazgos aportan evidencia empírica sobre la relevancia de integrar el desarrollo de competencias emocionales, sociales y emprendedoras en la formación universitaria, con implicancias para el diseño de programas orientados al fortalecimiento de la intención emprendedora.
