Liderazgo de rango total en administradores de condominios del sector Salitre de Bogotá, Colombia: análisis cualitativo
Abstract
El objetivo de este estudio es determinar el estilo de liderazgo de los administradores de condominios en el Salitre de Bogotá, Colombia, utilizando una perspectiva cualitativa basada en el Modelo de Liderazgo de Rango Total. Se recopiló información primaria mediante la aplicación de entrevistas a 30 líderes, abordando preguntas abiertas. Los datos obtenidos fueron analizados cualitativamente para identificar patrones y tendencias en el estilo de liderazgo de la población estudiada. El proceso de análisis implicó la identificación de códigos clave para categorizar los segmentos del texto (Hernández-Sampieri, 2018), seguido de agrupaciones temáticas que dieron lugar a familias de códigos. Estas fueron articuladas por afinidad de contenido para identificar temas asociados que ayudaron a perfilar el estilo de liderazgo de la población objeto de estudio. Basado en el análisis de contenido, se reveló que la planeación estratégica, las habilidades en las relaciones interpersonales y la gestión del talento humano son elementos clave que caracterizan el estilo de liderazgo ejercido por los administradores de condominios en el sector Salitre.
