Gestión pública y liderazgo de la mujer en la toma de decisiones
Abstract
La investigación buscó demostrar que la gestión pública y el liderazgo de la mujer influyen en la toma de decisiones en una Institución Pública de la Provincia Constitucional del Callao, Perú. La investigación se desarrolló en el año 2018 y se insertó en el paradigma positivista, enfoque cuantitativo con diseño correlacional causal. Aplicando herramientas estadísticas y de acuerdo con el seudo cuadrado de Nagelkerke de 94.1%, con la significatividad estadística de 0.000 y 0,043 con un grado de libertad, los resultados indican que existe influencia entre la gestión pública y el liderazgo de la mujer, influyendo en la toma de decisiones de la institución pública estudiada. De esta manera se concluye que la gestión pública y el liderazgo de la mujer son factores influyentes sobre la toma de decisiones.References
