¿Euroslavia? El resurgimiento de Rusia y de Alemania y sus respectivos aportes geopolíticos a la eurasiatización de la Europa post-atlántica
Abstract
¿Se está gestando una Euroslavia? Europa está comprobando cada vez más la presión político-militar de una Rusia, eslava, eurasiática y resurgiendo en el mapa geopolítico pan-europeo, respaldada por China. Rusia ostenta ambición geo-estratégica más allá de su zona europea y centro-asiática tradicional del Extranjero Cercano, y aspira beneficiarse del importante capital tecno-industrial europeo, sobre todo de la Alemania, igualmente creciendo en relevancia geopolítica y más allá de su contexto europeo. Ante la debilidad institucional de los diversos órganos europeos en manejar graves crisis regionales satisfactoriamente, habida cuenta del involucramiento estadounidense en temas extra-europeos, y en vista del interés nacional ruso y alemán de aseverar su crecimiento y seguridad, se vislumbra como factible la futura formación de un eje ruso-alemán, basado en el canje de gas ruso por la tecnología alemana, a costa de una Europa post-atlánticoamericana y eurasiatizada.Downloads
