El intelectual y la política: consideraciones teóricas
Abstract
Se analizan algunas caracteristicas del concepto de intelectual y las contradicciones que este actor social ha experimentado en su insercion en la vida publica. La investigacion estuvo orientada por una muestra de la amplia literatura que existe en torno al tema de los intelectuales y la relacion de estos con el poder. A partir de los aportes de Gramsci (1977, 1980), Foucault (1992) y Mansilla (2002), se identifican dos tipos de intelectuales en el marco de la historia del mundomoderno: generalista o universal y especifico o especialista.
