Cultura organizacional, satisfacción laboral y marca empleadora en el desempeño financiero
Resumen
En un entorno de alta competitividad, esta investigación analiza cómo la cultura organizacional, la satisfacción laboral y la marca empleadora influyen en el desempeño financiero de empresas peruanas. El objetivo general es comprender cómo la gestión estratégica de estos factores fortalece el bienestar interno, la rentabilidad y la reputación corporativa. El estudio adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo explicativo, con diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 405 gerentes, jefes y líderes de distintos sectores económicos seleccionados mediante muestreo aleatorio para poblaciones infinitas. Se emplearon instrumentos validados: cuestionario de Warr, Cook y Wall para satisfacción laboral, instrumento de Cameron y Quinn para cultura organizacional, escala adaptada de indicadores financieros y cuestionario de Gelard para marca empleadora. El análisis estadístico incluyó validación de consistencia interna, reducción de datos y modelamiento estructural para contrastar cinco hipótesis. Los resultados confirmaron que la cultura organizacional y la satisfacción laboral impactan positivamente en el desempeño financiero, y que este influye de forma directa y mediada en la marca empleadora. Se concluye que alinear cultura, bienestar y estrategia financiera genera ventajas competitivas sostenibles, incrementa la rentabilidad y proyecta una imagen empresarial atractiva, aportando evidencia empírica relevante para la gestión en contextos latinoamericanos.
