Gobierno digital y la gestión pública: temáticas, influencias y colaboraciones internacionales

Resumen

Este estudio investiga la evolución del gobierno digital y la gestión pública desde 2019 hasta marzo de 2024, con un enfoque particular en cómo las tecnologías digitales influyen en la eficiencia y eficacia de la administración pública. Mediante un análisis bibliométrico, se revisó una colección de documentos indexados en Scopus para identificar tendencias y áreas de investigación poco exploradas. Los resultados destacan una rápida adopción de tecnologías avanzadas como respuesta a la pandemia de COVID-19, lo cual ha sido fundamental para enfrentar desafíos administrativos y de emergencia. Se observó una integración de la inteligencia artificial y el aprendizaje automático en los procesos administrativos, lo que muestra una transformación digital en curso en la gestión de crisis y la toma de decisiones. En conclusión, este estudio resalta la importancia de crear políticas que impulsen la digitalización en la administración pública de manera efectiva y sostenible. Sugiere que es crucial evaluar regularmente estas políticas para adaptarlas a los avances tecnológicos. También señala la importancia de explorar cómo estas innovaciones pueden aplicarse en diferentes contextos geopolíticos para mejorar la gobernanza.
