Formación de los empleados y eco-innovación: un análisis bibliométrico
Resumen
El objetivo principal de este estudio fue analizar la literatura científica sobre formación de personal e innovación ecológica empresarial, con el fin de determinar de qué manera se ha abordado la relación entre las habilidades de los empleados y la probabilidad de que las empresas desarrollen procesos de innovación orientados ecológicamente. Para ello, se realizó un análisis bibliométrico. La metodología específica usada en este estudio se denomina “acoplamiento bibliográfico”. Dos artículos (a y b) presentan acoplamiento bibliográfico cuando han citado el mismo artículo (un artículo c) en su lista de referencias. Los resultados evidencian que la literatura sobre formación de personal e innovación ecológica se concentra en cinco grupos temáticos: a) capacidades internas para la innovación ecológica, b) capacitación ambiental y gestión de la cadena de suministro verde, c) innovación ambiental, d) producción más limpia y e) aprendizaje de los empleados. Estos resultados evidencian que la literatura sobre innovación ecológica tiene una alta asociación conceptual con factores de orden medioambiental.
