LA PARADOJA DEL ÉXITO EFÍMERO:
GERENCIA VS. PSEUDOGERENCIA EN LAS ORGANIZACIONES VENEZOLANAS

Resumen
Este artículo analiza la Pseudogerencia como patología organizacional que simula prácticas gerenciales profesionales mientras erosiona la sostenibilidad empresarial. Mediante una metodología cualitativa de hermenéutica crítica aplicada a un corpus documental enriquecido con dos décadas de experiencia del autor, se deconstruye este "antimodelo" gerencial. Los hallazgos revelan que su aparente éxito es una ficción contable sustentada en cuatro pilares disfuncionales: cortoplacismo, centralización patológica, opacidad sistémica y culto a la intuición no validada. La discusión expone cómo este modelo genera riesgos existenciales mediante la erosión del capital intelectual, parálisis innovadora y acumulación de pasivos tributarios ocultos. Se concluye proponiendo la "Patología Organizacional" como disciplina aplicada para diagnosticar y tratar esta patología, constituyéndose en imperativo ético y de supervivencia para el ecosistema empresarial venezolano.
