INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL PATHS AS FACTOR OF ENHANCING OF FUTURE TEACHERS TRAINING QUALITY

Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

The relevance of the issue under study is conditioned by the importance of enhancing the pedagogical education quality and by the following necessity of implementation of an individual approach and individual educational paths of learning. The article is aimed at studying issues of implementing individual educational paths in the framework of the teaching of pedagogical specialty students for making the quality of their training higher. Ten students of the RSVPU took part in the study. As a result of the analysis, the most effective methods and forms of using individual learning paths in teacher training have been identified.

La relevancia del tema en estudio está condicionada por la importancia de mejorar la calidad de la educación pedagógica y por la siguiente necesidad de implementar un enfoque individual y caminos educativos individuales de aprendizaje. El artículo tiene como objetivo estudiar cuestiones de implementación de caminos educativos individuales en el marco de la enseñanza de estudiantes de especialidad pedagógica para mejorar la calidad de su formación. Diez estudiantes de la RSVPU participaron en el estudio. Como resultado del análisis, se han identificado los métodos y formas más efectivos de utilizar las rutas de aprendizaje individuales en la formación del profesorado.

Lives in Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation. Yevgeniy is a Doctor of Education, Professor. He works at the Department of Vocational Education and Training Methodology at Russian state vocational pedagogical university. The research interests of the author are agricultural sciences, pedagogical sciences, methodology of education. A recent study of the author is “Methodology of Professional Pedagogical Education: Theory and Practice (Theoretical and Methodological Foundations of Vocational Teacher Education)”.

M. R. MOSKALENKO, Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University

Lives in Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation. He is a PhD of History and works as an assistant Professor at the Department of History, Documentation and Legal at Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University. The research interests of the author are: problems of teaching history, analysis of socio-political forecasts, the use of historical science methods in forecasting, the study of issues of national development strategy of the Russian Federation on the basis of consideration of historical alternatives. A recent study of the author is “Short communications: Progress on application of nanotechnology”.

M. B. LARIONOVA, Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University

Lives in Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation. She is a PhD of History. She works at the Department of History, Documentation and Legal at Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University. The research interests of the author are modern problems of organizing archives, documentation and information support of management, HR records management. A recent study of the author is “Social circle of noble families in the province (based on the example of family of the Ural factory owners P.D. Solomirskogo)”.

Lives in Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation. Anton Lyzhin is a candidate of pedagogical sciences, head of staff development and social programs of the directorate of personnel. He works at the Department of History, Documentation and Legal at Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University. The research interests of the author are pedagogical sciences, training future masters of industrial training for the organization of the training and production process. A recent study of the author is “Modern model of working machine-building production”.

Lives in Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation. Ivan is a master student at Institute of engineering-pedagogical education, Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University.
