Justicia universal, contextos asimétricos del poder y pensamiento crítico latinoamericano / Universal Justice, Asymmetric Contexts of the Power and Latin American Critical Thought

RESUMEN:
En los últimos años la teoría crítica de la justicia se ha ido consolidando en la relevante obra de Habermas, Honneth y Forst. Esta perspectiva filosófica y política también cuenta hoy con nuevas contribuciones de filósofos francófonos como Renault, Hunyadi y de filósofas norteamericanas feministas como Allen, Benhabib y Fraser en vistas a repensar una sociedad global. Tal panorámica muestra que subsisten aspectos teóricos y políticos de carácter controversial en la actual teoría crítica frankfurtiana. El trabajo propone unas breves cuestiones del proyecto crítico europeo, y aportamos, desde los contextos políticos de las sociedades periféricas en búsqueda de planteos políticos contrahegemónicos, otras miradas de la justicia en clave universal. Destacamos algunas discusiones de la filosofía del Norte en relación a la cuestión de la justicia, para intentar demostrar que la actual filosofía política latinoamericana, al menos la que subyace en obras significativas de Dussel, Fornet, Márquez-Fernández y Olivé han contribuido con específicas aportaciones en vistas a clarificar las demandas de justicia de Nuestra América, más allá del liberalismo político eurocéntrico y en búsqueda de alternativas al capitalismo hegemónico.
ABSTRACT:
During the last years, the critical theory of justice has been consolidated through the work of Habermas, Honneth and Forst. This philosophical and political perspective also counts nowadays with new inputs of male and female philosophers, such as Renault, Hunyadi and the North American Allen, Benhabib and Fraser. Such approach demonstrates that theoretical and political aspects which are controversial, subsist in the current critical theory of Frankfurt. The work proposes brief issues of the European cultural project and contributes, from the political contexts of peripheral societies in search of political counterhegemonic schemes, other views of justice in universal key. We emphasize some discussions of the northern philosophy in relation with the issue of justice, so as to demonstrate that the current Latin American political philosophy, at least the one that underlies significant works of Dussel, Formet, Márquez and Olivé, has contributed with specific inputs that clarify the justice demands of our America, further than the political Eurocentric liberalism and in the search of options to hegemonic capitalism.
