Abstract

The purpose of this article is to determine the relationship between pedagogical management and the quality of the service in initial education of the private institution "Aprendo Jugando", San Martín de Porres, in Lima - Peru; there was a quantitative method applied, not experimental, correlational level. After applying the Spearman correlation, it was obtained that pedagogical management and service quality are related, whose value was r=0.789 and p=0.00. These results allowed us to conclude that the educational institution should encourage internal changes to improve pedagogical management, either through methodological tools and activities. Likewise, it is necessary that teachers have greater commitment and leadership to positively influence the education of students.
