The práctics of the food & drinks and of restaurant service in the Hospitality Business Management training program of the Universidad Nacional del Turismo Extensión Los Roques
Abstract
Through the Hospitality Business Management training program, The Universidad Nacional del Turismo (UNATUR) starts its presence Parque Nacional Archipiélago Los Roques in the Territorio Insular Francisco de Miranda; a susch a course allows the stregthening and academic update for those who live in the community, and in public and private orbanizations there. Within its curriculum these are gastronomy-related modules, allowing the socialization of experiences in cooking and the seach for improvement ij the quality of service and competitiveness of the Los Roques destination; towards the diversification of Gastronomic Tourism in the Venezuelan South Caribbean.
