Metodologías ágiles y tecnologías emergentes para gestión del conocimiento en el trabajo remoto
Resumen
La investigación se orientó en analizar la integración de metodologías ágiles con tecnologías emergentes para optimizar la gestión del conocimiento en contextos de trabajo remoto. Se realizó un análisis bibliométrico sistemático de 104 documentos de la base de datos Scopus (2020-2026) siguiendo el protocolo PRISMA 2020 y apoyados en el software VOSviewer, lo que reveló una producción científica emergente pero fragmentada con 847 registros iniciales filtrados. Los hallazgos principales confirman una dispersión estructural validada por red académica estrellada (nodo Kristensen central). La tendencia exponencial post-2023 (1.4 artículos/mes) y el crecimiento latinoamericano 9% subrayan una relevancia contextual. Se concluye que la sinergia ágil-tecnología es imperativa para superar la pérdida de conocimiento tácito y comunicación fragmentada, lo que transforma las limitaciones remotas en ventajas competitivas mediante KPIs cuantificables (velocity >80%, reutilización >70%), especialmente a través de herramientas low-code y GovTech en economías distribuidas post-2026.
