Abstract

The peer-reviewed journal Formación Gerencial is pleased to present the first issue of its 25th year, corresponding to May 2026. Through the journal, we aim to support active researchers by contributing to the publication and dissemination of their research and its contributions to solving social problems and building theories that advance the social, managerial, and humanistic sciences.
