Abstract

The peer-reviewed journal Formación Gerencial (Management Training) of the Eastern Coast of Lake Maracaibo Campus of the University of Zulia is pleased to present the second issue of its 24th year, corresponding to November 2025. This new edition is dedicated to promoting reflective and critical thinking, as well as scientific and innovative research in the fields of Social, Political, Economic, Human, and Technical Sciences. This academic forum was created with the purpose of disseminating knowledge through an interdisciplinary approach and dialogue among different disciplines, contributing to the sustainable and equitable development of our communities.
