FACTORS OF LOGISTICAL MANAGEMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF WELLS IN THE VENEZUELAN OIL INDUSTRY

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to identify the logistical management factors for the rehabilitation of wells in the oil industry in Lake Maracaibo. The research was descriptive, non-experimental, field, transectional. The population was made up of 39 subjects who manage and lead the well rehabilitation operations. The survey was used, through a self-administered questionnaire, validated by 5 experts in the area and measured by the Alpha Cronbach method, obtaining a reliability of 0.73. Descriptive statistics was used by analyzing the means and standard deviation. The results indicate that the factors of the logistical management of materials are presented in a moderate way in general; In relation to internal factors, the indicator of managerial capacity reached a very high presence; regarding the external factor, the political indicator reached a high presence, representing opportunities for improvement in order to achieve effective management.
