Co-creative intervention to improve the inpatient experience

Abstract
This study aims to improve the patient's experience, intervening from
the co-creational perspective of public relations in those elements and
moments that matter to hospitalized patients suffering from a chronic
respiratory disease. After identifying the moments and elements to be
treated, we established the contents and designed twenty-five materials
through a co-design process formed by a multidisciplinary team. The
project has provide a complete point of view of the experience of the
different audiences that crystallized in the creation of specific materials
and protocols for a better satisfaction of the audiences involved.
