Abstract

One of the purposes of the international community is to guarantee the right to sustainable development. The 2030 Agenda includes 17 objectives and 169 measures to achieve it. Specifically, SDG 17 refers to the need to establish alliances between public and private institutions to achieve this objective. From the concept of democratic governance, some of indicators of the Latinobarometro are described to verify the degree of confidence of citizens towards the essential institutions of the State, Society and the Market. Results show some worrying figures, although the application of mechanisms that are moving towards the achievement of a global alliance for sustainable development stands out.
