Decent work on the 2030 agenda: some reflections
Abstract
This study focuses primarily on the analysis of SDG 8 of the United Nations 2030 Agenda, also linking it to the paradigm of decent work proposed by the International Labour Organization. In this regard, in order to achieve the purposes to be addressed, in areas as significant as gender equality or the effects of industry 4.0, the public authorities must have the help of other actors, two of them principal: the social partners, through the agreements derived from collective bargaining, and the companies, called to contribute positively through their CSR policies.
