Integrated Management Systems Industrial Engineering
Abstract
The present work synthesizes the investigation of the Integrated Systems of Management that refer to the norms ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSA 18001 that establish the Systems of Management of the Quality, the Systems of Environmental Management and the Systems of Management of Prevention of Risks Labor, the knowledge of the norms and the implantation of the strategies for the integration of the same, as well as, the benefits that offer the organizations that show like a sure bet in the efficiency and effectiveness of the results of the processes. To achieve this, organizations must be encouraged to implement management systems in an integrated way and not separately as they still exist, this in order to improve profits in the results, minimizing the management costs of management times. For years it has been seen that companies and organizations have implemented management systems separately due to the lack of knowledge that the integrals increase their costs, extending the time of transactions, however, this work tries to encourage companies to integrate the systems of management and train their staff to maintain the fusion of the three Management Systems.
