Resumen

RESUMEN

 

Presentamos un panorama general de la situación actual de los derechos humanos y de los indígenas y sus pueblos, frente a la ascensión del nuevo gobierno mexicano que se dice de izquierda y antineoliberal. Es objeto de estudio las contradicciones evidentes, producto de bases estructurales sobre las que se ha erigido el Estado mexicano. Nuestro método de análisis se centra en el derecho mexicano, más allá de sus fuentes estatales confrontando la norma con los hechos sociales, privilegiando un enfoque de justicia social y de derechos humanos.

 

ABSTRACT

 

We present an overview of the current situation of human rights and indigenous peoples and their peoples, in the face of the ascension of the new Mexican government that is said to be left-wing and antineoliberal. The obvious contradictions, the product of structural bases on which the Mexican State has been erected, are under consideration. Our method of analysis focuses on Mexican law, beyond its state sources confronting the norm with social facts, privileging an approach to social justice and human rights.
