Descriptores cromatográficos en fase normal de derivados feniluretanos de alcoholes polietoxilados

Resumen

Se evaluó el modelo lineal de descriptores cromatográficos propuestos por Snyder (1974:1384) y Jandera (1988a: 417) para derivados feniluretanos de alcoholes polietoxilados con número de óxido de etileno (EON) de 4 y 18, empleando cromatografía de alta resolución en fase normal (HPLC-FN). Se estudiaron los descriptores en columnas ciano y amino en un rango del solvente polar (Solvente B) de 4 hasta 22 % v/v, en proporciones de fases móviles isopropanol/metanol/ acetonitrilo acuoso. Los descriptores del modelo interpretan con buena exactitud el comportamiento retentivo k´ para EO bajos (desde 4 hasta 10 EO) pero el modelo se desvía para EO>10. La columna amino presentó mayor selectividad α que la columna ciano en condiciones óptimas de separación. Los valores experimentales de los descriptores del grupo terminal de los derivados resultaron muy bajos indicando que la participación de éste es mínima en la retención k´.
