DESIGN OF AN EDUCATIONAL MODEL TO PREVENT COMPLICATIONS OF ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION IN A HEALTH CENTER
Abstract
It is an activity that allows the work team that is carrying out the investigation to know in detail the general and particular characteristics of the proposed or analyzed action, from the perspective of the specialty or discipline of each one of the people for the management and treatment. opportune to avoid or delay the appearance of complications of arterial hypertension. The objective of the research was to demonstrate if a preventive educational model can reduce complications in adult patients with Arterial Hypertension in the population of Cárcel Montecristi – Ecuador. The methodology was experimental in the field, with an observational, prospective longitudinal cut design. Studies have shown that to reduce the complications of Arterial Hypertension it is necessary to minimize modifiable risk factors such as lifestyle, environmental, socioeconomic and increase physical exercise for at least one hour a day as therapy and a healthy diet. The purpose of reducing the complications of this pathology is to increase socio-family care and attention to groups of people diagnosed with arterial hypertension, to promote rapprochement in this environment that should have an impact on greater control of medical care, emotional stability and self esteem.Downloads
