Simple language delay in children aged 2 to 4 years due to Covid.19 confinement
Abstract
The present study refers to the performance of parents who present cases of children, for the assessment of language due to lack of communication with their environment. The objective was to describe the consequences after the confinement of covid-19 and the simple delay of language and the methodology used in the therapeutic process of infant development. The design of this research is descriptive with a documentary cross-section, because a test was applied to assess simple language delay. Of a bibliographic-documentary type, since, through previous research, simple language delay was considered as a sequel in infants due to confinement of covid-19. Giving as results that the majority did not attend any child or maternity center due to confinement by covid-19. While, with the proper intervention of both language and at home, the child begins to interact with his environment through verbal expression, where he mostly manifests that when he ceases to maintain contact with his external environment, he began to develop less and his onset of speech was delayed or limited.
