Habilidades blandas. Un estudio de género: caso Universidad Tecnológica el Retoño, México
Resumen
El estudio analizó la percepción de las habilidades blandas de los alumnos de la Universidad Tecnológica el Retoño. Se utilizó la prueba no paramétrica MANOVA de rangos, donde se obtuvo que el género masculino se percibe con más habilidades blandas que el femenino. Las interacciones del constructo Motivación fueron las más significativas, ya que mostraron la existencia de diferencias en las habilidades blandas en el género. Por último, en las carreras de formación administrativa se tiene una autopercepción de las habilidades blandas más alta que en las carreras tecnológicas.
