Justicia social en Vietnam en el contexto de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible: una revisión
Resumen
La justicia social es un pilar fundamental del desarrollo sostenible y un elemento central de la Agenda 2030 de las Naciones Unidas. El propósito de este estudio es revisar sistemáticamente la situación de la justicia social en Vietnam en el contexto de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. Un marco analítico de tres pila- res equidad en la distribución de los resultados del desarrollo, equidad en el acceso a las oportunidades de desarrollo y equidad en la garantía de los derechos sociales y el bienestar guía el análisis. Los resultados muestran que Vietnam ha logrado avances significativos en la promoción de la justicia social, en consonancia con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, particularmente en la reducción de la pobreza, la ampliación del acceso a la educación y la atención médica, y el desarrollo de sistemas de protección social. Sin embargo, persisten desafíos importantes, como la desigualdad de ingresos, las disparidades regionales, el acceso desigual a servicios de salud y educación de calidad, y la limitada participación social de los grupos vulnerables. El estudio concluye que, si bien la trayectoria de desarrollo de Vietnam muestra avances significativos hacia la justicia social en el contexto de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, se necesitan más reformas institucionales, una mayor capacidad de gobernanza y una integración más sólida del crecimiento económico con las políticas sociales. Estos hallazgos proporcionan información relevante para la formulación de políticas en Vietnam y lecciones más amplias para otros países en desarrollo que buscan un desarrollo inclusivo y sostenible.
