Abstract

Abstract
The research aims to analyze the competencies of educational managers in the strengthening of organizational culture in institutions The public schools of Cabimas municipality To achieve this review some theories of the authors, Garvin (2008) Kofman, Husband and Dennis Parkes (2008) ), García (2001), Levy and Leboyer (2012) Tobón (2014), among others.
