Resumo
La enfermedad por reflujo gastroesofágico es un trastorno crónico muy común. A menudo se diagnostica síntomas clásicos, pero en ciertos pacientes pueden ser necesarias pruebas especializadas como la endoscopia. La clasificación de Los Ángeles permite caracterizar los grados de erosión de la mucosa esofágica. Una endoscopia normal no excluye la enfermedad por reflujo gastroesofágico.
