Efecto terapéutico del tetramisol en la ascaridiasis
Abstract
El autor realiza un estudio sobre el efecto terapéutico del tetramisol en la ascaridiasis intestino!. Utiliza 60 pacientes a quienes les administra a dosis única según el siguiente esquema posológico: Menores de 1 año 15 cc. (64,95 mgs.), de 1 a 7 años 30 cc. (129,90 mgs.l y mayores de 7 años 2 tabletas (260 mgs.L Obtiene 81,66 % de cura parasicológica, valorada por la negativización en el recuento de huevos de Ascaris lumbricoides por gramo de heces, según la técnica de Stoll. Resalta las ventajas e importancia de la droga para el tratamiento individual y colectivo, así como, su posible aplicación en campañas epidemiológicas de control y erradicación de la Ascaridiasis intestinal.
