Esophageal manometry and phmetry. Contribution to diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux
Abstract
La evaluación de los pacientes con reflujo gastroesofágico que no respondieron al tratamiento requiere una historia clínica detallada y puede implicar una endoscopia, seguidas de manometría esofágica de alta resolución y monitorización ambulatoria del pH esofágico.
