Pero luego producto de las trasformaciones sufridas en los modelos económicos, hubo cada vez mayor control por parte del Estado a las actividades económicas. En ese contexto, el objetivo de esta investigación es explicar el rol del Estado y los límites impuestos de forma progresiva a las libertades económicas de los venezolanos. Para el análisis de las constituciones se emplea el método histórico. Se concluye que, a pesar de mantenerse el derecho a la propiedad privada, el Estado a través de los cambios constitucionales a lo largo del tiempo ha establecido mayores restricciones a la propiedad por medio de la planificación y dirección de la economía con controles cada vez más asfixiantes.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>The Venezuelan constitutions collected the changes expressed in the world context directed towards the construction of a liberal state whose north was to guarantee the property and the freedom of the individuals. But then, as a result of the transformations undergone in the economic models, there was an increasing state control of economic activities. In this context, the objective of this research is to explain the role of the state and the limits imposed progressively on the economic freedoms of Venezuelans. For the analysis of constitutions the historical method is used. It is concluded that in spite of maintaining the right to private property, the state through constitutional changes over time has established greater restrictions on property through planning and direction of the economy with increasingly asphyxiating controls.</p&gt;}, number={59}, journal={Cuestiones Políticas}, author={Osorio Bohórquez, Leonardo Favio}, year={2019}, month={oct.}, pages={102-122} }
